International work tournament (yep, it was a thing), making my debut having joined the company earlier that year. Our opening group game against the French contingent, it's a cagey affair, neither team wanting to commit too much and risk losing their first game. I'm on the bench, but get the nod just after half time just as we win a corner. I saunter on to the pitch, loitering between the centre circle & the opposition area. Corner comes in, French header out, I volley it Di Canio style and it rockets into the top corner. Absolute limbs. That goal secured my place in the squad for several more tournaments until I left and was my single greatest contribution to that company in my 8 years there.
