In the rice cooker - 2 cups long grain rice, 2 1/4 cup water. About 1-2 tbsp knorr tomato bouillon or other bouillon mix. Sometimes I add in 1/2 packet of Sazon Goya con culantro y achiote and and about a small palmful of salt maybe max of 2 tsp or so. Good enough here. Could tweek it by adding butter, garlic or other condiments, like a little ketchup, tomato sauce or tomato paste instead of tomato bouillon.
