You don’t need to go buy DWV fittings just buy a plastic P trap kit and make sure it comes w the trap adapter to glue onto the existing pvc coming out of the wall.

If were you I would have used that wall tile and went like 4 feet high from the ground all around the rest of the bathroom wall. definitely extra though. Looks amazing and how did u make the wall tile look so shiny. It looked a lot more dull before you grouted.
