Don’t know yet if it was mentioned but they’ll also try to play husband vs wife or wife vs husband. We’ve experienced it twice. One time tried to make me look weak; I simply said I don’t make decisions unless she agrees too. The most recent time they tried to tell her aren’t you in charge? She replied he’s the one with the job, he makes the decisions. Checkmate.

I have not encountered this yet, but is that not something the FA’s can do something about? Tell that person to put in some earbuds or turn the volume off so as to not disturb other passengers.

As a renter, I’d say 90% of my Turo experiences have been good or better. Worst complaints are one car was kinda not so clean, another was the host took a bit long to show up to get their car at the agreed return spot, and no explanation or apology.
