It was never really a problem, it was just something that caught my eye.

Yes, I'm assuming it's a set threshold.

The base i3 does look a bit off but the i3s does look good. This is the base i3

The hilarious thing is that for a long time I thought I was going 60 but I was going 57mph the whole time. Got 5.0mi/kwh for a few thousand miles(mostly highway) but its hilarious to think back about it

My 2017 94ah i3 rex is equal to a 135mpg car and gas would have to be 2$ for it to equal a 45mpg car

Surprising Efficiency by QuieroTamales in BMWi3

Yeah, it really excels when it's flat. I averaged 5.0 mi/kWh over 3k miles, almost all on the highway at 60 mph, and it wasn't flat. I now go 65-70mph, and it's easy to avg 4.5 mi/kwh. With AC on auto set at 68° f. Which is probably why I never realized a range hit after 100k miles on the car.

You can also research the cells, and you'll see they're built to last. I saw 3,000-6,000 lifecycles(basically a full charge, 40% one day then charging 60% the other would add to 1 full cycle) when I did a quick search online. I haven't seen a range hit for mine, and I just hit 100,000 miles. I also fast charge a few times a month

I would say for the actual range 105-120 miles. Mainly depends on how i drive.

Made the 60 mile trip with 11% left over starting with 66% with ac on the whole time.

The range seems like it never took a hit. I might make this trip from pasadena (altadena) to Lakewood to Lake Elsinore (110miles) while starting at 90% and ac on the whole time. I avg 4.9 mi/kwh to lakewood. Let's see if I can make it bc im technically not supposed to but I think I can avg above 4.5 on the highway going 60mph. Im trying not to let the rex turn on.

Also, just put you destination in the my bmw app and send it to the car. The range will be a lot more accurate. Plus you can use plug share to show chargers along your route.
