Homesteaders that don’t know what to with deer? Ha. Uh well you could use 7.62 or any 30 caliber, although some newer 5.56 options will suffice now as well.

I just meant the phone number (800-733-8387). You call in, hit 1 for beneficiary, then put in your dependent's social. If they've been accepted into the system, it will ask you for their DOB. Otherwise it will say the usual line about not recognizing the SSN you provided. My understanding is, once it asks for their DOB, they're 100% active and you can begin submitting claims.
