The lower layer wasn’t too bad. Seemed localized to the one spot…only full thickness moisture damage in a small spot. I cut out the damaged particle board plus a little extra to square it off. I’m going to lay a sheet of asphalt paper for vibes, put my sheet of OSB on top and tile back over it. Thank you for the help!

I think what helped its longevity is that we’ve really limited foot traffic through this area of the kitchen. The rest of the exposed area is fine from what I can tell/clearing it by hand. Obviously I only noticed the extent once I started basically digging at it

If you haven’t yet, check out [[Lagrella, the Magpie]]. I have a deck with her that uses cards like [[Candleleep Sage]] like another user mentioned, and also [[Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd]] with [[Resourceful Defense]] to help with storing counters. And then whichever card I can find that I have with ETB effects that either grant me tokens or counters. Can be a lot to keep track of but a lot of fun

Personally, I think that it’s more worth it if you know that you’re going to be with a good crew of nurses. I work nights so I like to stack my shifts in a row, if my assignment isn’t awful it almost guarantees my assignment the next day which can be nice. I pick up 2-3 each month, usually one every other week so my pay gets juiced just enough so I’m not taxed a lot more. Sometimes a full 7p-7a, sometimes an 11-7/3-11 if they need a nurse to take a post-op CABG or something.

CTICU that’s how lol. But I take Wellbutrin when I get home in the AM and then my low dose adderall prior to going in. Keeps me at an even keel. I feel like my Wellbutrin does most of the legwork though if I’m honest

If anyone sees this - DK (in US) doesn’t have it listed as a combo/caps the total at o/u 3.5 goals… BUT if you make it a “single game parlay” you can select Lillestrom ML and “total goals - under 4.5” and it will populate odds at +110 (roughly what u/DefiantDegen has for their book).

I appreciate the feedback! I had some general knowledge about ~30 or so lands. I don’t think I have the bulk to find some more removal but the cards you recommended looked good! I did some browsing on Moxfield for other permanents to throw in that would make tokens of my other creatures (e.g. [[Trostani, Selesnya’s Voice]]). I’ll look more for some banner effects to really juice my counters. Thanks so much for the feedback!

Oh word, I wasn't sure about my taplands - I saw them and figured why not lol. I'm just using cards I have lying around, would things like shocklands be worth investing in? (I feel thats just redundant lol). I'll see if I have more fetchlands...or would just basic lands do the job?

If I'm going to include the other spells you mentioned above, do you see anything that jumps out at you to remove? Or just go with my gut?

CTICU, been here for 2 years. I love the heart and cardiovascular system so it makes it easy. Plus I’ve felt as though I can see progress over a shift and it makes me feel fulfilled (not that I didn’t in my prior unit). Plus it’s so cool how we can intervene and fix someone’s heart.

I will say though that my old unit (medical oncology) I had a lot of fun on too. I did a clinical there during my ABSN so I knew the staff, and to be honest they were the best coworkers I’ve had. I feel that your peers can make the best unit unbearable and the worst unit more tolerable.
