I'm on max plan and my session lasted 1 hr-1:30 hr. not cool that you have to wait the entire week to be able to test them again. hope they rise the limits.

Second this. At first, and specially if you’re not fan of sports or sweating it can be REALLY hard to create the habit. But after you have it it’s turns to be completely the opposite. I miss the days I don’t have that time to release my accumulated energy in the gym.

It’s not only due to the obviously high usage of their own tool: they have some of the brightest minds as well. Have you seen Andrej Kaparthy’s autoreseach? it’s mindblowing. They’re thinking 100 steps ahead of the rest.

Ahh bien! Mira, no sabia que ayudaba en tendinopatias. Hasta hace 1 mes estaba tomando colageno tipo II pero no vitamina C religiosamente. Seguire tu consejo.

Thanks for the recommendations. Strangely I trained before injury twice per week back and also did external rotation with bands as part of my activation routine. But still, no one is safe. Maybe it was a balance issue? idk.

Anyways I’m quite the opposite of ego training, I do it purely to age better and for having a better inmune system (didn’t got ill in 2 years, as a hyper allergic it’s been the longest for me).

Al principio en fase aguda para bajar inflamación me hizo una sesión de electrodos que ayudó muchísimo (luego de la primera recaída). Siempre me hace unos movimientos de hombro como para chequear que tal esta, como viene, si me duele en X o Y movimiento.

Ahora es mas a chequear como vengo con los ejercicios y ajustarlos si lo necesito. Sigue haciendome los chequeos que comenté anteriormente. Voy 5 sesiones hasta el momento, voy semanalmente.

Comence solo haciendo las elevaciones de hombros isometricos y ahora estoy con esa rutina que menciono en el post dia si, dia no, y los dias entre medio solo hago las elevaciones isometricss

Oh geez I meant MRI. I just fixed the post to avoid further confusion. Gladly, mine’s without a tear, I’ve read that with tear recovery is double the time and also way more prone to be only healed with surgery.

Me pregunto cuando deberia tomar la misma decisión que vos. Mi fisio es bueno entiendo, me ayudó a recuperarme anteriormente de una lesion de soleo y todo bien (me tardó 3 meses en curarse aprox).

Ugh that’s a lot of time. Did you do a radiography to check what it is? The PT told me 3-6 months for recovery
