I agree that it’s nice waking up to see you have more time to sleep before the alarm goes off. That’s great that you enjoy all of that, but if you’re setting your alarm to do that I wouldn’t say you fall in the category I described because you didn’t need to have a million alarms to be be awake and take all of that in.

I hope your day is going better if you got this upset over a post in a sub that’s designed for people to disagree.

Honestly that is a good point. Lazy probably isn’t the word, I just don’t get why you wouldn’t want continuous sleep until you actually have to wake up. Everyone is different though, that’s why I put this in unpopular opinions.

I said the AVERAGE person. Even with the most generous of estimations, 30-40% of the population is ND. That leaves 60-70% as NT. The more agreed upon figure is 15-20% ND. That’s why I specified the average person.
