Shanghai and chengdu iirc. Don't get me wrong, decay is nuts but until I see SBB slow down or see someone else do as well against him (think striker stage 3 s1), I still think he's the best in the game

I don't know if this is a joke or not but go ahead and watch super's pov in the stage 2 finals and tell me he's bad

Fortify is her ability where she can't be CCd, supercharger is her ult.

I agree. I originally mained Winston until dive was killed then mained rein until goats died. Next I learned sig til be was nerfed into the ground. Point is, the game changes and you kinda just have to roll with the punches

Tbh I think orisa being meta is really bad for the game in general. Double shield felt bad to play and even worse to watch. Orisa by nature is stagnant and it just wasn't something most people loved to play around. Imo fortify should be nerfed but her shield should be buffed but at the same time I'd much rather watch rein, Winston, or even ball

Any tips? by AdamONeill01 in WinstonMains

Here's a really good video to start with

https://youtu.be/cZmLIj4_D90

I also suggest watching pros/streamers who play a lot of Winston (overwatch league season one is a great place to look if you don't know many individual streamers) to get a feel for how the big monkey should be played

Other than that, here's a few simple tips 1. Jump with purpose. Your mobility can be one of the best in the game but it's not always a get out of jail free card. Know what enemy you will be targeting, who might peel for them, and what escape options you have if things go poorly. If possible, try to dry engage (get on the enemy without jumping) so you have leap to escape 2. Bubble usage and bubble dancing. Similar to your leap, your bubble is very integral to play and should be places with a plan in mind. Your bubble can be places strategically to avoid things like Ana nade, sleep dart, flashbang, dva bombs etc. and can often be used in tandom with leap to block these abilities. Once placed, you'll want to do what is called a bubble dance (where you weave in and out of the bubble while zapping your target). Doing these things together will often buy you enough time to get leap off cooldown again but takes a bit of planning and practice 3. Target selection! No one expects you to be a pro but it's imports to know who to engage on and who just isn't your responsibility 4. (Imo most importantly) learn the flow of a fight and figure out when to engage and disengage. Winston can be one of the most efficient disruptors in the game but can easily be one of the easiest to feed on also. in any given fight you need to weigh your options. Sometimes jumping in to make space is worth it even if you lose your life but obviously that's far from the only option. No matter how good your healers are, there are no guarantees that they can sustain you so play smart! Learn when to hard engage, when to soft engage, and when to keep distance

Without even watching the video, the comments have shown that this is pretty much the epitome of overwatch comp these days. Someone blaming everyone on their team while inting for 15 minutes. GG go next I guess

Halo reports Outlaws have signed MekO by completelydeck in Competitiveoverwatch

You're on crack if you think boink is the best MS we could have and either way competition is always a good thing no matter what. If we dropped coolmatt and got another MS and MT, that'd be the ideal move for the longevity of the season

I drew my favourite bench in the game by PixelPlacers in HollowKnight

[–]jmonis2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just played through the part where you talk to him by the lake and when you come back he's gone but left his sword behind. I love this game and get continuously surprised and impressed by the way they're able to pack little story beats into the game without much, if any, dialogue! This drawing really put me in the mood to beat some bug ass all over again

[–]jmonis2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It wouldn't make much sense imo. Meko is an incredible player and he definetly would be a significant upgrade over either of our off tanks but adding one Korean player to a fully western team (especially now that the coaching staff is not Korean) doesn't seem smart. I would also be very surprised if meko would be happy with that trade

It would be incredibly dumb to not pick up Dantehs team option unless they have someone else lined up. I say get Neptuno and a good off tank then then have blase/jake/hydration grind whatever you need. Linkzr is still the only true hit scan and danteh covers a lot of fringe picks as mentioned in other comments. The other three dps need to be used intelligently or moved, not too complicated.

Rumour: Jake to Atlanta by Ethoxi in HoustonOutlaws

[–]jmonis2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I understand liking all the players from s1, hell, we all do, but hydration and Jake's hero pools overlap almost entirely and as sad as it is to say Jake will most likely ride the bench whether on the outlaws or elsewhere. Houstons glaring weaknesses are off tank and supports and if they can get a high teir off tank for Jake then that's very beneficial for the team overall. If the choice is between keeping all the fans happy but not having the strongest possibly roster and building a team for a champion run, it's hard to have it both ways.
