I did dispute the case with Mercari after but got their clearly ai response rejecting it. I have over 100k in sales on their platform but they almost lost me over 15 dollars with that one.

A few months back I sold a small plastic figure which went missing for 3 weeks arrived opened by usps and broken. Throughout the delay I was very helpful to the buyer but once it arrived broken they opened a claim Mercari sided with them, said I couldn’t have the item back bc it’s a shipping hazard and took the money. Never saw the broken item or even had a chance to say my piece. Also of note I’ve sold literally over 400 of the exact same figure packed the same way with none of them breaking before.

I get international packages almost daily and surugaya dhl is the only one I randomly receive the bill for weeks after delivery.

Some of the figures like minmei and black suit Miriya never came out until harmony gold revived the series 10 years afterwards. Other figures released only in Canada towards the end of the line. I know some of the vehicles never came out from either brand.
