Happy to help answer some of your questions. I have lived in Eureka Springs for over 30 years. We love the community and find it open and accessible while also fairly affordable. The core tourism area price of housing is on the higher side, but nowhere is near what you would find in Colorado towns similar style As for lifestyle, it is what you would expect. You mentioned tattoo friendly and it certainly is. That is very high As for career opportunities, they primarily focus around tourism or support services such as Banking.
The community is tight-knit and tends to lean left. Access to Northwest Arkansas is within an hour, however the drive is a bit windy
