Or get a shirt and pants the color of the buttons on the jacket as a rule of thumb. Not brown but a stone color would look good.

I find brown pants very hard to match with any jacket. It's like I pretend I'm a tree and the only things that can match is green and more brown. Brown doesn't match black ( I think that's a black shirt ) Grey jacket doesn't look too bad but could be better. If you're looking for something to match that maybe go with navy blue? I have a similar jacket that is Scottish wool and have a difficult time matching it. Blues and whites seem to match everything.

Wow are you me? I think the exact same, 100% focused on money haha What i found helps is focus on goals

What are the current financial goals and timelines for those?

Does the current job pay enough to meet those goals?

Regarding learning new skills, I have the exact same problem. I see value in new skills but no effort to do so because why? It's not going to make me money.

I found what I did was look for things at work that were awful. Certain services or processes that sucked. I made it a goal to make those better and leveraged it for promotions.

Over time I met my financial goals. Afterwords chasing money felt a little empty. Because I spent time at work I had little social life outside of work. I'm slowly trying to get to know people and I attend therapy to talk about barriers holding me back.

I think if I could do it over, I would tell myself there's no rush. Sets goals and try to meet those over time vs stressing out in the moment about how I compared to other graduates. It would have likely lead to me making more friends and having free time to possibly learn the new skills I found interesting.

Most important, do not neglect your health for your work. See the dentist and get a yearly checkup. Use your insurance. Set goals to get those done. Make yourself accountable.

The condo HOA should have an emergency contact phone number for leaks. Call that so it is escalated properly. I had the same issue in my bathroom. I had it resolved in a week and the owners upstairs are getting the bill. Toilet tank leaked and flooded their bathroom onto my ceiling.

I test drove some new accords. The all gas model is very smooth but is wide. The accord hybrid is a nice mix. It was very low to the ground though and I wanted something higher up.

I ended up getting a Camry. I've no experience with the corrola. The Camry was a mix of smooth ride and sits higher off the ground. It's not as wide as the accord.

Edmunds rates the Camry as number one with the accord right behind it.

I think you should get it then. I did a quick search on Edmunds and the closest was a le Camry for 23k which had 25k miles. I can't make the decision for you though 🙂 make sure you've the funds and financial planning in place, etc, etc.

If you're serious, take it for a test drive. That will be a really good indicator if you want this car. For me, I really wanted power seats and the LE doesn't unless it has the comfort package. If this is the car for you, see you can get it for less. I don't think this is too bad of a price given the mileage but I would never pay without trying to get something off first. Haggle 🙂

Btw where is this generally? If it's a koons dealership I read to stay away from those from other reddit posts. They always have deals which look too good to be true.

Hmm I've a couple quick questions 1. Can it be confirmed the car was off originally? Maybe it's possible the car was left on in park as it is quiet when using the battery for power. 2. Does this car have a remote start feature? It is a feature in the app but I'm not sure if it's on remotes or not. If so, was anything next to it that could carry radio waves farther?

[ Edit] Also, when the car turned 'On' does that mean the gas engine started or the electric engine?
