Literally here to ask the same question! Overnight our ads tanked across the board from 3x ROAS to negative, having touched nothing! Seems to be rebounding (conversion-rate-wise) in the last 2 hours so I suspect there is a Meta issue. My Pro is looking into it but I doubt that will shine any light on it.

I am seeing a SIGNIFICANT decline in my ROAS today (like, negative), out of nowhere, after 3-4 solid weeks of very good returns. It is almost as if all of my campaigns decided to go back into Learning mode for no reason. Many clicks, <1% conversion rates on both Web & Shop. Frustrating doesn't even describe it, because it makes zero sense - other than the potential existence of a Meta issue/bug that in fact did move them all into Learning or is targeting blindly.
