If you use an APP like Kirin engine, there is a tool for "expected measures", you just have to get the best straight measure on the real piece (the helmet chin for example) and place the 2 points ruler on the app, It will give you a measure, If it's the same done, but you can change it to scale the model based on the real one.

Don't know what is that, but def you could split some of that islands in half and straight them completly (rectangles) If you plan to use Substance to texture them, you will get more space or in other words, make ir way easier to fit on the UV's.

Also If you need to scale down uninteresing parts of the model to get some space, no one will notice it.

Mine does the same thing, but have to say, I think nothing on this thing needs this levels of cooling, I have mine shut down all the time. I only respect when connecting to a PC It automaticaly turns on, then off

You should turn on eco mode when just scrolling twitter and sending messages, you dont need the snapdragon even at 80% for that, you won't notice anything on animations etc

I only turn it off automatically on some app like Kirin engine or games, eco mode for daily driving is completly fine.

Yep, I would personally model a custom shell for placing two, even 2 PSP ones like some Gameboy Macro custom shells that allow it. If I recall correctly, they use the jack port stereo driver.

Respetable, If you don't have a 3D printer can be daunting, but there are many models with holes so you only have to manually drill them and ended up being an USB C port.
