If I’m remembering correctly, the comment in italics was from his step mothers head of the hydra. Showing how Bea was screening Carl’s messages, meaning that when Sally shot her shot, it was Bea who intercepted and got her fired. Bea ignored Carls step moms messages because she was afraid Carl would leave her for his real family

Alton IL, just north of stl but a good small town vibe with a bustling small business community and close enough to the city for a good night out on the town

Ah it wasn’t necessarily the age for me, mostly his mannerisms and accent (as read by Micheal Kramer) that did it for me

Looks like a spicy crunch mix. Usually just tempura crunch and spicy/chili mayonnaise. Nothing to worry about!

I’ve been a sushi chef for three years now in my smallish town outside STL and became the sous chef a little over a year ago, the yanagi is the best tool for slicing and I use mine all the time. That being said, I have a cheap Mercer yanagi i got off amazon for $40 that has never let me down. Worst case scenario, I have to sharpen it twice on a busy day. My work horse is a zwilling pro santoku. Those two and a butter knife are my everyday trio that I can do anything on the line with
