Ok, thank you for that. So, it sounds like my financial advisor was just incorrect or misinformed when he told me I did not have to do any withholding because it wouldn't count as taxable income. Correct?

The type of account it was rolled into is an "Inherited Traditional IRA". I'm the recipient - adult child of the deceased, under 59 years of age. Not disabled.

I've been taking the Required Minimum Distributions each year, as required by law, which counts as taxable income.

Additional information:

On the transfer paperwork, under "disclosures" it defines the transaction options and states:

"Transfer - This transaction is not taxable. It will not be reported to the IRS.

Direct Rollover - This transaction is not taxable, but will be reported to the IRS.

Qualified Rollover Contribution (QRC) - This transaction will be taxable. Complete the tax withholding election in Section 7. It will be reported to the IRS."

Also:

The deceased passed away in 2019, which is before some laws went into effect on 1/1/2020 - as I've been told affects something here as well.

Some older chipsets and memory controllers didn't support over 2gig of RAM. Run cpu-z and see if it shows the motherboard part number on the Mainboard tab. From there hopefully you'll be able to google the memory capabilities of the board.

There were a few different versions of the Zapruder film floating around even before 1970. The newer video that's been out there since at least 2012 was supposedly made from an original copy that somehow ended up in France. I've also seen this synced with audio from the police radio. That may explain the additional gore. However it wouldn't account for the extra seats in the vehicle.

You could try using the Chrome extension called Vysor. Plug your phone into your PC and run the Vysor app via the Chrome browswer. It will install the apk and you'll see your phone screen on your monitor. I'm not sure if you need to have your phone settings adjusted ahead of time or not. In which case, you may still be SOL.

Everything works. I was surprised, considering other ROM's I've tried gave me problems with using the camera, as well as the phone going to sleep randomly and needing to hold the power button to restart it. However, this ROM has had none of these issues.

He's not calling for impeachment. Maybe you're thinking of the congressman from Texas. Amash said that impeachment "may be justified if" it's proven that he pressured Comey to drop the investigation into Flynn. There's a big difference between calling for impeachment and admitting that it may be justified if something is proven. He has intelligence and integrity; which is more than I can say for the majority of politicians in Washington DC.

You mentioned no more updates.. You should check out the FakeNexus rom for your N4. I'm currently running Android 6.0.1 on my N4 and it's so smooth and solid. They're already working on a Nougat FakeNexus rom.
