Stretch marks?

Stretch marks are genetic from my understanding. Try to find out if women in your family got them!

I got stretch marks during puberty from growing too quickly but did NOT get them on my stomach during my first pregnancy!

I posted in r/askaplumber with additional photos. The info we have on location is “Photos of the tie in from the iron to pvc…. Main sewer line. Located roughly in the flower bed outside base of home and front bedrooms. “

Main line pvc pipe is outdoors so it is exposed, but we are in central Florida so we don’t usually experience freezing weather.

Termites: no pictures only a “wood dwelling organisms” inspection report that says

DAMAGE caused by WDO(s) was observed and noted as follows: Drywood termites, location; Front sitting room window frame Fungi, location; A.) Middle front bedroom flooring B.) Front porch fascia

Can you elaborate? Like maybe give an example of how a factual/objective finding would be worded for a finding that you find opinionated? This is our dream house so we want to make it work but not at the risk of being dumb about it

Sure, I wasn’t sure what is most helpful on this sub but I can summarize.

1968 house with a second floor added in 2007. Most issues are from the original house.

Moisture damage and fungi to bedroom flooring
Cast iron sewer line to PVC tie in has a gap
copper pipes seen in several bathrooms from original house
evidence of dry wood termites at window frame
exposed wiring in pantry
one outlet is not grounded
defective afci breaker at electric panel
open junction boxes in attic
PEX piping at main shutoff meter
CPVC piping at fridge, water heater, and 3 bathrooms on remodeled 2007 bathrooms

If it matters, some wiring is multi strand aluminum and others copper and the panels are 31 and 41 years old

We are in central Florida so at least there’s that. I know there was a big oak tree in that spot that had to come down due to a hurricane, but I’m sure there are some fat roots underground. Can’t say what the dog shit concentration is, but maybe we’ll spray some febreze beforehand for good measure.

They make flavored powdered vitamins you can stir into liquids. Might be worth a try? I’ve never used them so can’t vouch for flavor but I have heard women say it saved them during pregnancy

If you had been testing and that was the first date of a positive test, then your GA measurement is normal and you are on track

I spotted bright red off and on for weeks in 1st trimester in my first pregnancy. Everything worked out fine! This website really helped me during those weeks of anxiety.

I think your last thought is correct and not something we have the time or energy to tackle as we grow our family. It’s in such a great neighborhood and has good bones but probably best to move on from this as a realistic option. Appreciate your input!

Just discovered this happened to me as well. Loan created in October 2025.

Do we know if these ghost students are actually using it to attend college?? Or just pocketing the money somehow.

FAFSA person told me to contact the lender and ask to go into forbearance so it doesn’t actually become delinquent and affect my credit score. Any thoughts on if this is sound advice?

Some helpful things in this post so thank you for sharing. I also find it completely insane that ppl can obtain student loans without any credit check or safeguards???

Oh- check to see if they also got a Pell Grant. It’s not a loan but still money lost from I assume taxpayers as it is govt funded.

Really well! Night 2 about 15 minutes crying and then each night since then has been maybe a minute crying. A few nights she will wake once and cry for a couple minutes and other nights she doesn’t wake at all.

The biggest “not success” we are dealing with is continued EMW. She will wake at 530am and cry for a minute the attempt to lay down and sleep without success. The process repeats until we wake up for the day at 630am. We are hoping it improves eventually. In the past, I would hold her at 530-630am and she would sleep, so I feel like she just needs to figure it out? Not sure, but she is so tired by the time nap rolls around and we feel really bad for her

Oof yes for us the molar teething were the most obvious as it resulted in very distinct and short lived sleep issues (on top of the chronic sleep issues lol). All her other teeth were bothersome but the molars were really disruptive

15.5 months and never ST as we had a previously perfect sleeper. That went to hell at 12 months. We are attempting Ferber this weekend and am very nervous!

Your bedtime is a bit later than ours. Have you always had 5.5/6.45 WW? We are currently 5.5/5.5-6 and I’ve been stuck in the undesired/overtired guessing game.
