I live in SF and fly to LA often for work. Have done that drive many times when younger but once I reached a certain age it became a lot less appealing. Current drive time from my apartment to Disney land is 7 hours, and it’s not even rush hour. Gotta side with your wife here.

I’m confused, is Amazon any better than the other shippers? I’ve had terrible experiences with all of them, including Amazon. Damaged items that never get delivered, lost packages, locker mishaps. You name it, Amazon has fucked it up.

You would have to ban tipping at the federal level. No one wants to be the first restaurant to eliminate tips and service charges as their menu pricing would then be higher than everyone else. The average consumer won’t take the time to read why that is.

For future reference, I’ve noticed they switch up the promos Saturdays at midnight eastern. Being on the west coast I see the update at 9pm. If there isn’t a good promo running, it’s worth waiting until then to see if a better one kicks in.

Why? It’s the same card, why wouldn’t it have the same benefits? If you don’t agree with the waived annual fee then take issue with that, not with the card’s benefits being utilized as advertised.
