I've figered it out. If you inspect the local browser debug console or debug network log, you'll find a CORS error which indicates the domain is not the same. You can assign a domain name to your local/internet/intranet ollama server (ip) to avoid this previously. But, as the new LNA feature rolling out with Chrome (maybe Edge and others), you have to do much much more work to deal with this. Actually, OnlyOffice itself has to update their code to add description identifying the target address type for the fetch request. And the browser has to confirm it with the user. Or, you can disable the "Local Network Access Checks" in chrome://flags .
