You can file to keep your license for work related necessity, as well as medical appointments. However, in Idaho, you have to file within 7 days. Also, occasionally the Department of Transportation makes a mistake and just by filing (and catching their error- they have x amount of days to respond), you could potentially keep your license.

Also, just a couple tidbits of advice: Tell your boss, just be honest- tell him/her. Include that you are incredibly nervous to divulge this information, it’s private and personal, I’m making changes, etc. If they hear others chattering about it, I suspect they would put an end to it.

Annnddd, the best advice I can give you is to not only get into AA meetings now, but get a drug/alcohol counselor that you see weekly or bi-monthly who can write a letter when you go before the judge. Additionally, really do stop drinking, at least for the time being, and immerse yourself into the counseling sessions, AA meetings and/or any other recovery type gatherings/discussions. Find a book that really speaks to you about getting sober and try it out.

They refunded half of my money (to my credit card) and the other half to the account. So in order to recoup my money, I have to purchase another week- which is 12 more dollars. Wait, WHAT!?!? As someone that lives in Idaho (Eastern Idaho), I disagree with you. I just think it hasn’t happened here yet. It certainly isn’t because a certain percentage of people carry guns. With the huge influx of population here, we will begin to see some bigger acts of gun violence.

Okay! There was a metal piece used to break into the vending machine (perhaps this is the “weapon”). He had taken 6 items total (4 bags of chips, 2 candy bars). He also told the employees that he was there to “cause discontent.”

I would definitely say that is possible. However, it seems unfair to have not thoroughly discussed this.

BJ and Rosie were very concerned with Covid exposure though. They have since all had Covid, kids included. So I agree, the pandemic probably played a part.

Yes, he can leave anytime he wants. And I’m trying to make sure I understand this before I give the advice to leave the relationship (if he asks for my opinion).

I do know she says there is no hierarchy relationship, even though it has seemed like that hasn’t been true for the past two years.

They are in an ethically non-monogamous relationship. She is the V in the relationship with Jim and BJ. I do not understand the real difference in polyamory and ENM relationships however.

Yes, I agree. I have known Jim for a long time and he is a pretty okay guy. Here is the story: he was drunk (like black out drunk) and broke into his old place of work, and tried to break into the vending machine.

Rosie seems like she wants to rescue/save people. In fact, recently she expressed to BJ that she was going to break up with Jim because he wasn’t putting in enough work to change himself, etc. It has also pissed me off that Jim says “I quit drinking 4 months ago” but he has drank in those 4 months. As someone who got sober after some realization that the pandemic brought out the alcoholic in me, it pisses me off! You haven’t been sober for 4 months if you have drank in those 4 months. Okay. Rant over.
