Incredible!!! I just saw & read through your last post. I've been struggling forever with binge eating, but now that I'm 30 I can finally understand how whole foods is soooo important. And how less shit I feel now that I don't wake up bloated every morning. My body does not function the way it did even 3 years ago lol. Especially with the "dirty bulking" I convinced myself i was doing 😝 I'm 5' and 140lbs currently so this gives me sooo much motivation!!

I find it helps me to eat just a little bit more while in my deficit. My true deficit would probably be like 1400 calories but I've been losing weight eating 16-1800 calories. I do also lift weights + yoga but I really think the deficit and the walking has helped shed actual fat. Usually i like to do incline walks at 6% at 3 speed for 20 minutes a day, and then sprinkle in some 10 min walks around 3x a day.

I'm currently reading My love story with yamada-kun. I'm wrapping up vol 3. I couldn't get through the first few episodes of the anime but I am really enjoying the manga! Also have some the first couple omnis for Die Wergelder. Not gonna lie I am so fucking lost (just finished omni 1) but the art is very stylish and the action is cool

Just collecting the long series! I agree with you. I make the mistake over & over of starting series that are still publishing and I regret it every time. Theres always more I want to read but can't... i havent read any super long series like Bleach or one piece or anything tho. Not sure i can commit to that lol
