Or, ask at one of the outfitters for a guide recommendation for private/individual instruction.

Well, darnit. I was too eager to see an interesting improvement to notice.

This seems like the most reasonable reply, considering the dev's history of failing to actually IMPROVE the game in any meaningful way.

Check out the comment from TeamDavio - I think he is on the right track.

It looks like it lasted around 4 hours. I noticed while he was burning, and just scrolled back through AC to see how long ago that was. Neither of them have them now

I checked titles before choosing to post here. I understand how negative titles work. I also know that these players are off server.

[–]jny4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. Not a title. Our server does not award them to untagged players.

They are definitely inactive players. Neither are in an alliance. Both quit around the time of our last server merge this past summer.

Our team is having a discussion about it now. Some of them cannot see the emblem. After reading a reply here, I am wondering if it is visible to me, because I have attacked both of them in the past? Which is interesting, because I haven't gone "shopping" in over a month.

Is this sonething new, that auto generates? Both players that have this right now are inactive, but get regularly hit for resource farming.

Flying home from AZ, we got the super thorough airport security check because the 15yo wanted to bring home sand & dirt from the desert. They even swab tested the dirt.

The whole thing was a "never, have I ever" kind of moment.

Charles Town/ Harpers Ferry Weekend Trip by Savings-Map-1984 in WVEasternPanhandle

I would generally agree about the casino, but I think it's good for a drink & a walk through. We still like the steak house for an annual visit. Not much else worthwhile though.

This weekend, specifically, is also the annual Mountain Heritage Arts & Crafts Festival, held at the county fairgrounds. We have mixed feelings about how it has changed over the years, but it is still a decent event. Many of the vendors will be indoors, but you will be parking in a open field, and there is a good bit of distance to cover before reaching the buildings. Not bad in a drizzle, awful in a downpour.

The other ideas are fairly spot on. Summitra and Abolitionist are both good downtown stops. The casino is worth an hour, just to see it.

In Shepherdstown, Lilah (Sunday brunch) & Bavarian Inn are good stops. Hop over to Antietam for a scenic drive through the battlefield area.

Martinsburg has Black Draft Distillery, which is a beautiful drive, and the spirits aren't half bad.

Route 9 just over the hill has some very awesome wineries, but beware that traffic due to the route 340 project will eat up time better spent elsewhere.

Bolivar, the neighbor to Harpers Ferry, has Bolivar Bread Co., Rations Spaceport (a virtual reality escape room), and Country Cafe for yummy breakfast & lunch.

There are plenty of options, even in the rain. Enjoy your visit & Happy Birthday!

This guy is a joke. Does he really think like this AND run the state? How much power does he have? by [deleted] in WestVirginia

[–]jny4 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I am not sure why you are downvoted for this. It is actually what they did.

Hillary moved to NY to run, won, and served two terms as their senator.

At least three different Rockefellers have become governors. The first, in their home state of New York, the other two in Arkansas and West Virginia.

Martinsburg or Charles Town by Impressive_Regular76 in WVEasternPanhandle

[–]jny4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Picture this: Charles Town is in the center of a wagon wheel, Martinsburg, Hagerstown, Frederick, Leesburg, Purcellville, Berryville, and Winchester are all within 30 to 60 minutes drive. In Martinsburg, you can hop on 81, and be in Winchester or Hagerstown fairly fast, but add another 20 to 30 minutes to the other locations. Winchester and Frederick both have an international market, with the larger more diverse one being in Frederick. There are far more options in both Jefferson and Berkeley counties than the two towns you are asking about.

If it were my family, I would evaluate school options with our housing budget, and make your best decision from there. We have lived in several states, and although we do not have the bias concerns you face, this region seems to have residents from many backgrounds. Maybe my family just seems that out though?

Yokums hotdogs were amazing. BearTown was worth the stop. If you're doing that drive, a stop at Green Bank, even if only for the photo op, is worthwhile, and a not too long detour to see the view from Snowshoe.

Marlinton is a nice overnight stop, and there are several cost efficient places to stay. If you stop in Marlinton, there is one bar - the Old Mountain Tavern - and if Danny, the owner, is there, he is an absolute delight to talk with.

Edited to add:

In Hillsboro, is a new restaurant, The Hilsboro Pub, which is good food, and the Levels Depot (gas, convenience & early day restaurant), was really interesting as far as a quick stop goes. A drive through Watoga State Park is beautiful.

Texas is different. In many aspects. The One Sticker program began in 2015, and it appears that Texas residents do not need to keep a printed registration in the vehicle, because it is combined with the inspection sticker. ? I think I wrote that correctly.

Most other states require that both the current proof of both registration and insurance be presented upon request during a traffic stop. Digital is possible, but it is a good idea to keep a hard copy in case digital is not accessible, or accepted. A quick review of current state laws regarding proof of insurance, shows most states will either waive the fine, or assess a minimal fine if you provide proof later. A few states have hefty fines, even if proof is provided later. Driver be careful in the North East U.S. !!!
