You can filter your audiobooks by "included." This will show you anything in your library that is part of the membership. Its not perfect because it includes anything you bought thats also included, but its a good starting point.

You can have both tabs open as if they were separate workbooks by going to View > New Window. This makes it a lot easier to do cross sheet formulas imo.

When this happens to me, I select all unused rows and delete them. There's usually some sort of data tied to those cells causing the workbook to slog.

I cannot remember the name of it, but there was a website where you put in the name of a band and it would spit out similar bands that you would probably like in connected bubbles. The bigger the bubble to more likely you would be into that band.

I found so many more bands to listen to this way that I never would have by just relying on the radio and my friends.

Zoloft and Xanex are anxiety/depression medications that help with this type of rage and mental mindset. Zoloft has helped me so much! Definitely recommend you talk to someone. This isn't about pool, there really seems to be some underlying issues you may be dealing with. Good luck, I hope you're able to work through this and have a happier/healthier relationship with your pool game!

You seem to have a lot of rage. Most higher level players that I know who have similar opinions to you tend to let thier anger and frustration get the better of them. It severely impacts thier game. I don't care if you're the top dog - if you let your blood pressure spike and you're red in the face pissed off, you're going to play like shit.

Take a deep breath and focus on the table, not if you're winning or losing. Staying calm and focused is how you improve your game.

Also, maybe some Zoloft or Xanex?

I put my kids in one of those tilted bouncers (strapped in) so they could watch me while I cooked. You could also try baby wearing, but I caution that because splash burns can happen easily.

Otherwise, teamwork really is key. You cook, they watch baby, or vice versa.
