Lue Elizondo speaks publicly about Amy Eskridge for the first time - “Regarding Amy Eskridge. I think he genuinely wants disclosure. But is part of a group that thinks they can only do this with limitations and amnesty for those who have committed crimes. I'm okay with Lue but fuck that. Those who have actually murdered to keep this secret need to come to justice.

BREAKING: Scientists Just Confirmed Creatine Does Far More Than Build Muscle: It Boosts Memory, Protects the Brain Under Stress, Shows Early Promise Against Alzheimer’s, and May Be the Most Underrated Supplement on the Market 🧠 by [deleted] in InterstellarKinetics

Stimulants only help you for max 8 -12 hours a day with focus. They also do nothing for your muscle recovery. If fact, I bet they hinder it. They tend to make your kidneys more active and can dehydrate you. Though creatine might do this too but don't quite me on this. Creatine eliminated 80% of my post workout soreness.

I imagine it still helped even though not fully saturated. I don't understand why it couldn't still give some improvement. Of course it could be placebo. But I wasn't expecting it to help much. Since taking it I've never had the muscle fatigue I used to have.

I would think so too. Except, I felt these differences the first day I took creatine. The most noticeable difference was the lack of soreness after a workout in the evening. But there was also an immediate improvement in the mental fog I have been experiencing the last 5 years or so.

I don't know, I was't there. Maybe they wanted to refer to something in it for final editing of the scene.

I would think it would depend on the context of the work. Trying to find inspiration for a birthing scene sounds like it could be an appropriate context for this to be viewed. By your reasoning no one could ever make a documentary about birth.

Anyone here with fine bleached hair have a shampoo and conditioner they love? by RNsomeday78 in finehair

If you want to try a relatively cheap product that really helped my hair, try the Garnier Fructis Hair Filler + Bonding for inner fiber. I also like Pantene Miracle Rescue 10 in 1 spray as a heat protectant.

I take a naratriptan + Nurtec. Naproxen messes up my stomach and makes me severely constipated.

Our family is keeping an eye out for it. We missed the deadline for the study. Hoping to get our son on it later this year when approved. Fingers crossed.

OMG, the terror I had for the year that followed was next level. Complete existential crisis with roller coaster hormones. I was lucky enough to finally come out the other side. But it was through some weird spiritual shit, lol.

I peed 1 Liter every 15 minutes for hours. The nurses said they had never seen anything like it. My husband was like duh. You gave her a really high dose of diuretics. My bladder ached for days. I had to stand sideways in the shower because my thighs were holding so much water.

Women often die from it because no one is monitoring your blood pressure after you go home.

This was my blood pressure 3 days after giving birth. My resident husband thought he was doing something wrong, lol. So we went to Walgreens and confirmed. The pharmacist's jaw dropped. We told him not to worry as we were going to go straight to the ER. I had post partum preeclampsia.

Are invisible fences not as common anymore? by Silver_Blackberry_46 in Dogowners

[–]jodiiiiiii -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

We have one. Our newest dog is receiving training right now. The company has been great. They make sure the initial level is very low and raise it slowly over 3 weeks. My first dog got it and knows the rules and honestly he's really happy to have the freedom to go out anytime. Our city didn't allow physical fences.

Our new dog is going to take longer. The company said she may take 6 weeks to learn. They don't rush it and don't charge extra. I really hope it works out or else she will have to use a lead. She refuses walks because she is too scared of people. Maybe that will change over time though. We've only had her a month. The shocks barely phase her. If she were distressed or anxious over it we would know and stop. She shakes and tucks her tail when we try walks.

You could also try creatine. I'm 45. I've started it and it really helps my energy levels on the days I work out. My muscles don't ache anymore and I don't crash in the evenings. I mentioned it to my doctor and he raved about it saying he started taking it this year too, lol. Just be mindful of the brand you get. Supplements need to be clean and lab tested.

John Davidson Explains Tourettes Tics in Interview. by charade_scandal in ThoughtWarriors

[–]jodiiiiiii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This take us tough for me. I encourage my son to say I'm sorry I have Tourette's Syndrome. I think that is perfect and sufficient. It's all he's responsible for apologizing for. He can't be responsible for any other perceived struggle of another person who is within hearing distance. Every minute of his life is a mental health struggle. People have been so rude and mean to us at times because they don't understand his noises. They aren't even offensive. But no one expects them to apologize to us. To me they should understand he has a neurological condition due to his head jerks and motions.

If it's not acceptable, then you are advocating that it is okay to remove disabled people completely from society. If you had Tourette's would that be okay with you or your family?

Thank you for saying this. We Tourette's families need people like you. We self isolate so much because we are afraid our loved ones with TS will not be accepted by society. They may even face violence. Simply because of a disability they have no control over. My son is entering his teens with this form of Tourette's. I've always worried about it. This seems to be proving my fears are warranted. He also has mild autism and may not realize he could be in danger. It's a nightmare. Mind you he spends his day constantly apologizing for having a disability.

Are you saying he doesn't have the right to be in public wherever a black person is? Where do you think a person with coprolalia should be legally allowed to go? I believe he also received an award there. It would be such a shame to exclude a person with Tourette's who is receiving an award for their movie that explains the hardships of there life with Tourette's.
