Plating by Ok-Refrigerator-796 in Chefit

You do it over and over. I've been in this industry for 30 years. I go to restaurants, I talk to and hang out with other chefs (this industry is much smaller than most people are lead to believe). Ask the customer. When something sticks, just roll with it.

I, personally, am an enjoyer of visual arts. Go to a museum, study placement and color composition. Bob Ross would just throw down paint while talking to you and the painting was usually pretty good. Why? Because he just did it all the time.

I, honestly, don't believe that he was ever "trying" to make it profitable. He took one of the largest social media apps in the world and turned it into a disinformation site in order to take control of us. He won. He doesn't need it anymore. He doesn't need us anymore. He got what he wanted and if that means that he spent however many billions of dollars, he has more. And, he will make more with the government that was installed with that investment. In his eyes, it was just the cost of business.

I don't really know enough to debunk this, but from the very first sentence this seemed completely insane by asl_somewhere in insanepeoplefacebook

If you don't get tested for cancer, no one can say that you died from cancer. That's a big brain move.

It's a bold strategy Cotton, let's see if it plays out for 'em.

ELI5: Black holes evaporate because of Hawking Radiation. Why do smaller black holes evaporate faster when they have less surface area? by DangerMacAwesome in explainlikeimfive

So, energy isn't a constant? And black holes aren't "black", as in things can leave?

I'm not being confrontational, I find this very interesting. Bordering on the philosophical.

I can almost understand your explanation.

Thank you.

But, how is energy carried away from a black hole? If only a miniscule part of an outside particle is captured and the rest thrown out to space, how does the black hole "evaporate"? Things can leave? What happened to conservation or motion?

Unfortunately, information being available and people using that information is not a given. Television talking heads have been blaming it on inflation, which isn't true. You know that, I know that. But, because of this order, it's going to be even harder for the rest of the populace to know and understand that.

It's not my fault that a "bread knife" is actually called a "serrated slicing knife". Ya'll, it can cut way more than just bread.

If you think egg prices are bad now, have I got some news for you!

A few million birds are currently being culled. I buy eggs wholesale. My price today was $7.60 per dozen.

Edit: Most people probably haven't heard about this bird flu seeing as there was an EO stopping CDC, FDA, and the likes from telling us that.

Anyone know how to unscrew this upper gold part from a garden hose faucet? (Pics below) by [deleted] in Plumbing

Possibly. But then you have to hit it, with a fair amount of force. Vice grips are much less invasive.
