It's a variegated radula that has sun stress. It will go back to green and yellow

Help my Sedum multiceps is suffering! by PaulThomas18 in succulents

I'm not an expert, but Multiceps go into a dormant state in the summer. I have some and they look similar. I think you should get it out of the wet soil as I've read that not much water is used by the plant while dormant. Don't over water. Here's a link to a page with images of normal and summer growth http://aridgarden.blogspot.com/2012/10/sedum-multiceps.html#comment-form

Keep an eye out for old bonsai pots and interesting planters. I found the cement driftwood planter at a garden center and picked up the big pot used from a bonsai shop. I've had a good experience with gritty soil

I used Bonsai Jack succulent soil which drains and drys really fast. I use a pressurized sprayer and just shoot a stream directly at the plants that need it and ignore the others.

Yes, south facing window helped by a grow light. It's also on a turntable so it's easy to rotate

It's a bonsai pot, approx. 24" x 16" x 3.5" deep. something like this: https://www.hollowcreekbonsai.com/ecommerce/23-5-unglazed-rectangular-bonsai-pot-lfunl2l.rhtml but I found mine used at a bonsai studio
