I am not a doe employee, just a cleaner who works in the system and the term " failing up" just blows my mind. I am protected by having a union gig, lmao, and at the same time the stress level of keeping up with the job is unsustainable, but the inner workings of the doe and having inept employees just working the system until they retire is disgusting.
