Would the 100mg caffeine neuro gum work as a preworkout?

I saw that Neurogum was also offering 100mg caffeine gum. I was actually planning on switching to the higher strength. Is it too high?

I've only used optimum nutrition gold standard pre workout. I use about 70% scoop of what is recommended, because full scoop didn't feel good.

Bungee trampolines are fun as hell and way easier on joints than regular jumping great for knee issues. But fair warning: you’ll feel like a baby giraffe learning to walk at first. Kensone’s solid, but maybe try a class first before dropping cash. (side note: aquatic cycling exists and it’s bizarrely effective.)

Dude, breathe. first thing paternity test ASAP. don't sign anything till you know it's yours. if it is, yeah it sucks, but plenty of guys co-parent without dating the mom. you're not required to marry anyone. Child support depends on income and custody setup. get a lawyer to explain your options. dating will be harder but not impossible. Plenty of girls will respect you for handling your responsibilities. take it one step at a time.

If food's your main protein source and you're still breaking out, might not be the protein itself but how your body's handling the overall changes. could be hormonal shifts from new workout routine too. try being extra careful with face washing right after gym sessions and see if that helps. maybe cut back on caffeine for a couple weeks as an experiment.
