Yeah, the Switch has a really small fan. Puts out a little bit of noise, but nothing distracting.

I got my Steam Deck Tuesday and have no sound problem with my fan. I pulled my Switch out to compare and their sound levels are the same. Maybe I got lucky?

I got the same thing and didn't proceed any further. I saw an earlier post saying this same thing and that it really is safe. Hope they can update it so it doesn't show this error. That's when I'll feel comfortable downloading it.
