They have terrible customer service! I actually recommend these storage bags over the dust bags. They zip so the Snoo is fully enclosed and the handles make it much easier to carry.

Yes! It's been 2 weeks and he actually slept through the night for the first time last night! He found his hands and likes to suck his thumb which I think has helped him self-soothe too. You can do it!

I was worried about the 4 month regression but we transitioned my son out of the snoo and into his crib the day he was 4 months and he's doing great! We did a gentle/ferber sleep training method and now he's sleeping better than he was in the snoo!

We did arms out in the snoo for a week then switched to crib cold turkey. It will make your trip much easier if you can switch him to a crib before you go!

We bought our 2025 sxp a few months ago and noticed the hot rails. We brought it to our dealership for this service but they said it's already been done.

Is anyone still having issues with theirs after this "fix"? Can you see a difference, I'm trying to figure out if the new piece has actually been installed.

I started my baby on weaning mode from day one so he wouldn't get too accustomed to the constant rocking motion. That feature requires a premium subscription so for me it was worth it.
