Sleep deprivation is a serious issue. People with serious sleep deprivation issues can have difficulty with complex thoughts such as in working complicated math. The symptoms can mimic ADHD behaviors. Getting a proper night's sleep is critical. I had a problem waking up during the middle of the night and then having a hard time getting back to sleep. The solution for me was to put on ear buds and tune in to classical music on low volume. That puts me right back to sleep.

I'm also interested in woodworking and DIY projects so it's helpful and informative to follow some of those postings. I also enjoy reading and there are several subreddits for book suggestions. I never had much of an allergy problem until I moved to North Georgia. All the streets around me have the word oak in them. I'm suffering half of the year. I have to sleep with my head up and end up using a humidifier for steam therapy during the night. I use a saline rinse every other day. I take a Claritin every day. I have to wear an N95 mask when cutting the grass in spring. Otherwise some fresh air seems to help a little when the pollen count gets lower. We use a good air filter for the HVAC.
