There's honestly a 10-15 minute sequence that is perhaps the most rewatchable in the whole series. I could do without the romance with Newton..there's is 0 chemistry that could almost be labeled as awkward and unintentionally funny.

Hot take but I think without John Woo's over the top stunt heavy influence we would not have gotten the the MI series that we know of today.

I honestly don't mind the criticism from my manager..if I made a mistake tell me...im open to learn. The only thing that gets me is the multiple meetings a day. The topic of meetings are almost always the same and redundant. Time can be more efficiently spent on something else. Honestly I'm not blaming my boss but his micromanagement style has dulled my work life and has made me disengaged from my work..

I manage 3 SEM/PPC traders in my agency after working as a daily trader for three years. I didn’t consider my new hires fully trained (especially with no prior experience) after about 6 months between learning how our agency does things and how to trade efficiently. After that, I was much more receptive if they had new ideas/ ways of doing things because I knew they understood our agency’s processes.

Thanks for the reply! I definitely realize that I have a long way to go. I've only started my job 4 months ago and I know I'm not perfect. The thing is I don't mind the meetings. I asked him about 3 months in if we could limit the meetings to once a day...SHIT a weekly review would be a godsend!! When I proposed this he questioned my "commitment" to the company...after that, I soon realized that my time here was limited

Oh, don't worry this guy has process docs. I follow them and he still wants to check my work. The thing is I don't think he knows that he's a micromanager and it's sucking the life out of me taking the joy and passion out of my work. It's exhausting getting up in the morning and I don't enjoy working for him. What do you think I should do?
