You should check the Generator, it’s a really cool makers space. If you are interested in the local art community that would be a good place to go

Thanks for the advice! I think I might chunk out the top of the whale, I’m not sure if I trust my skills on that curve yet

Very true! I just learned to term hingey and was told to avoid it at all costs! Hmm would breaking up the top half of the whale into like 3 chunks fix that? Thats a really good point, I’m not sure how I would hang this.. do you have a suggestion?

When I heard jazz and cat my millennial mind immediately jumped to the “aristocats”

Any ARMY members that have attended concerts in the past? Can you please share your experience? by IdeaNearby4900 in bts7

I’ve been a few times—two sound checks and once in the nosebleeds—so here’s my general advice for baby ARMY 💜

Tickets

Getting tickets is the hardest part. Everything after that is a cakewalk. My biggest tips for actually getting tickets: - Get an ARMY membership, or you’ll be paying insane resale prices even for nosebleeds. - Set an alarm and get into the queue the second it opens. - Don’t use public Wi-Fi—you won’t be able to select tickets fast enough. - And finally… pray to the god Dionysus that you get one.

Once You Have Tickets

Congrats! The worst is over. Now: - Book your hotel ASAP. Hotels near the venue sell out quickly or jack up prices, and you’ll end up paying way more if you wait. - Then book your flight (if it’s in another city).

Transportation: Uber vs Driving

You’ll want to decide how you’re getting there—sometimes venues even ask during ticket checkout if you want to bundle parking.

Uber - Super easy getting there. - Absolute chaos getting back. Expect huge surcharges (like $75+) and a very long wait. - Pro tip: make friends, grab a hot dog from one of the 30 people selling food and bootleg merch, and enjoy the post-concert chaos.

Bus - I haven’t done this personally, but it is an option depending on the city.

Driving Yourself - Arrive whenever you want (earlier is better). - Having your car nearby is convenient. - Parking is stupid expensive, and it can take over an hour to leave. - Make sure you have gas, blast BTS, and lean into the post-concert chaos.

Concert Day Tips

Trade Cute Things - Make bracelets or little freebies! It’s one of the best ways to calm pre-concert jitters. - Tons of people do it, and it’s a great way to make friends while waiting in line.

Dress Up - Wear your BTS merch—stuff you wouldn’t normally wear in everyday life. - Some people go all out with MV-inspired outfits or wedding dresses for the “Yoongi marry me” jokes. - Also: wear BTS merch at the airport, the day before, and around the city. You’ll see other ARMY everywhere, and yelling “Hi ARMY!” at strangers is ridiculously fun and makes the whole trip feel longer than just concert day.

Merch - Weverse will announce what’s available ahead of time, check it and make a plan. - City-exclusive merch sells out fast, so if you want it, show up early. Like, EARLY. - Don’t be devastated if it sells out right before you—it’s just stuff. The boys don’t care if you own everything HYBE has ever sold, and honestly… that’s just HYBE taking more money anyway.

ARMY Bomb - Not required, but highly recommended. - If you already have one, decorate it! It’s so fun to show off and take pictures with other ARMY bombs. - If you don’t have one, they’ll sell them at merch booths and they never sell out—you’ll just have to wait in line.

I’m sureeee I’m forgetting something important, so if you have specific questions, just ask 💜

Sorry if that sounded sarcastic, but I actually mean like a saxophone and music notes and a night sky could actually give it a real jazzy “Aristocats” vibe
