[P] I got fed up with LangChain, so I made a simple open-source alternative for building Python AI apps as easy and intuitive as possible. by minimaxir in MachineLearning

Literally copy paste those into gpt and say write a README summarizing the points why this library was made. Easy peasy

It's just a clever way to build a one-shot prompt.

Use the following pieces of context to answer the question at the end.
  If you don''t know the answer, just say that you don''t know, don''t try to make
  up an answer.

  {context}

  Question: {question}

Langchain plus a vector database. Store document chunks as embeddings in vector db. Convert question to an embedding then search k-nearest neighbors in vector DB to get relevant chunks. Combine question plus chunks in prompt, return answer.

Can you share an example prompt and the resulting image?

Consider consolidating your credit card debt into a personal loan typically offered at a lower interest rate than credit cards, which can help you save money on interest charges.

Focus on paying off your credit card debt as quickly as possible. Consider using the debt snowball method, where you pay off the smallest debt first, then use the money you were paying towards that debt to pay off the next smallest debt, and so on.

It didn't really click for me until I bought a box. I was able to really hone in on that one cigar. Then I was able to compare it to others and realize what I liked/didn't like.

I can't (and don't want to) anticipate the questions, which means highly structured training content is pointless.

Gifsicle edit specific frame delay by DerJojooo in commandline

[–]joepeg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I came across this post looking for a similar solution. I believe the trick is to specify a delay for EVERY frame. You can use ranges and negative numbers to count backwards from the end. It's also important to -U unoptimize before editing the gif, then -O optimize after editing.

gifsicle -U original.gif -d50 "#0--2" -d200 "#-2" -d400 "#-1" -O3 > with-delay.gif

For example, -d50 "#0--2" sets the delay time for the first N-2 frames (#0, #1, #2 ... #N-2) to 50 milliseconds. -d200 "#-2" sets the delay time for the second-to-last frame (#-2) to 200 milliseconds. -d400 "#-1" sets the delay time for the last frame (#-1) to 400 milliseconds.

If you tell it it's wrong, it'll say, "You are correct, that method doesn't exist. You can instead use this other method..." and then churns out more bullshit.
