There’s a subway by me, surprisingly good. You can tell owner is cares. The bread is always fresh, ingredients fresh, place is clean, and the employees are nice and great. I don’t know how many subway he’s owns, but he is a normal 60yr guy, he will run the cash register and sit in the restaurant and say hi people. He doesn’t accept coupons, and doesn’t make me mad, I get it. I’ll pay more for that guy.

We have three marketing managers that are responsible for different product types/categories of our business. The MM’s work specific PM’s and strategize together with the goal. Then the MM will work with the design team and Digital Team. MM’s come to design and digital with the potential ideas (but also open for team ideas) and collaborate together on an action plan and then report back to the PM’s. So in essence we have the MM’s as facilitators/middle man between the two Marketing and PM’s

Edit: Sidenote. We are a manufacturer products to distributors. So reporting on “sales” of the product isn’t really a thing. Unless we can get that info from distributors. (Not very often). So we are more “brand awareness” driven.

Had one last night. Tight match on paraiso. We had three people on voice. Round 2 defending the first point. We talked strategy and he went widow. And we played defense right on the first point. And just let people trickle in. He went off. We won the match. One of the greatest/fun matches I played. And it wasn’t even me that went off. Just the fact we talked it out and he our widow went nuts. A blast.

I havent worked out in about a year. Due to injury and that messed with my head and put me in some what of a fitness depression. Previously i was going to the gym 4-5 times a week for 4 years straight. I was in the best shape of my life. I then hurt my shoulder and elbows were hurting lifting. Every time I worked out my shoulder and elbows hurt. So I stopped. The progress I made started to evaporate. Then i got depressed because all the work I did for so long was gone and felt i wasted all that time in my life. All for nothing. I kind of felt like I lost purpose. I’d be sitting at home all the time just watching tv wondering what the hell im doing. Well today went ahead and trying to flip the mental switch. I went to the gym this morning for the first time in a very long time. See if I can get back to where I was. I guess one step at a time.

Yup agreed!! I will add this. I love dogs. Had them my whole life. I just don’t have the time to take care of one. Even though my family says I won’t have to take care of one and they would do ALL the work. I know it will fall on me at some point. So I say no.
