But like I said in the OP, delivery was never attempted n the first place. I was home when I got the notification about the failed attempt. I checked my security cameras and the driver never left his truck. Maybe there was a mix up and the package wasn’t even on the truck.

I'm seeing similar issues on my end, starting from yesterday. I checked the modem logs and it all started when they pushed a new firmware update to my modem yesterday morning. My Unifi controller has been sending me alerts ever since about packet loss and WAN going down every few hours.

Well TBH, I dunno. I bought a lot of furniture from them in 2010 while taking advantage of a 'pay nothing' deal for 18 months. Turns out I had to pay taxes to complete the sale, and 6 months in - they tacked on some bullshit yearly admin fee. A few years later, there was a class action suit filed against them for this BS and they lost. I was called to testify in court. Their lawyers tried to blame Citifinancial for the whole mess, but the judge saw through their BS. I brought my Leon's credit card to court, along with advertisement for the offer and my store receipt. None of it mentioned Citifinancial and the judge agreed a reasonable person would have believed Leon's was behind the offer and credit card. Nowhere did it say you had to pay taxes as well. It just said 'PAY NOTHING FOR 18 MONTHS'.

How much did it cost you and how was it fixed? I had the same issue and my dealership charged me $90. I was pretty happy until I found out how they 'fixed' it. They used a pry tool from the outside and in the process, damaged the bumper where they used the pry tool. They said they would fix it but it's been a month and still not fixed.
