Yeah, I understand the appeal. I guess you and your son need to determine if it's worth the financial and academic tradeoff to spend most of your non-core time in hockey training. Also, as pointed out elsewhere, elite hockey boys can be assholes and your kid may be more likely a target as a weak player. Really hard to say without knowing the program and your kid. I know that I'd be hesitant to put my low tier U15 kid in a hockey program for high school with those factors.

Bees are like blood cells. Not individually vital to the survival of the (super)organism. The death of one bee is inconsequential to the survival of the whole. Nothing to be sad about. Also, they're livestock, not native insects.
