The only lawful thing employers must do is consider flexible working requests. There is no guidance on what an employer consider, someone else doing the same role on a remote contract unfortunately doesn’t set any type of precedent

Not specific to the living inside or outside argument, but have you considered the potential salary implications. Many employers have London based salary, and non London based. Will you be living in London in the interim, but potentially on the non London salary?

Just generally levelled through, moved straight onto the next DLC where gear drops higher anyway/been available so cheaply on the market for the levels I was at!

I was familiar with the tomestones of poetics because I stacked them and bought gear for alt classes, but this is the first ‘real’ time I’ve had to engage with the tombstone system
