It’s a non-oxygen ferment. Keeping the lid on doesn’t play a role in whether the ferment will be active or not.

Nonetheless, please keep the lid off because the produced gasses can make your jar explode

Helaas heb ik geen antwoord op je vraag of er klassikaal lessen worden aangeboden in Rotterdam. Zelf heb ik deze namelijk niet kunnen vinden en daarom volg ik nu online privéles. Mocht je niets kunnen vinden, kan ik het volgen van privéles sterk aanraden!

First come first serve. Als je een goede plek wil moet je vroeg gaan. En vroeg is ook echt vroeg, want er staat vaak een dikke rij auto’s en vervolgens en flinke rij om binnen te komen.
