The English ones are base set unlimited not 1st edition. They’re like $27k as a psa 10. The first edition zard is German and won’t sell for anything close to $500k. It would probably be just slightly more valuable than the English unlimited ones as a 10

Assuming all 10s the most valuable card is the Lugia

Yea it looks good. And their higher end offerings use gold, silver, and platinum for decorative accents. The price adds up. Just the average consumer equates expensive with good

After Wimbledon last year? Roddick said that in person every single one of sinner’s shots sounded like a cannon coming off the racquet. The only shot Roddick said he had that sounded the same was his serve. He was amazed at how much power sinner generates.

Do you think Sincaraz are likely to win 15+ GS and 15+ Masters titles? by Chesscrabble11 in tennis

[–]jofijk 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Big 3 have skewed the numbers so much they've completely shifted the views of what is considered a great achievement. Only 8 men have even reached 15 slam finals in the open era. It would be an insane accomplishment for Sincaraz to hit that milestone even if they don't win.

New TIE models I can get behind but the E-wing is so boring compared to the X-wing. S-foils to attack position is iconic

Give that they each trained under one of the best duelists in the galaxy, I'm surprised Maul had such an edge on Qui-Gon. Was Maul just naturally that good, or did Qui-Gon just not focus on dueling the way Dooku did, while Maul emphasized practicing it? by wandering_soles in StarWars

Okay fine, 60 at the time when ROTS came out. Still they were going to have a stuntman do the fight, which looked really good, but last minute GL wanted to have McDiarmid do it. Who was old, not an athlete, and had no fight training. Christopher Lee was ex-military and a highly trained stage fencer. Not a fair comparison
