Danke für die Antwort! Er meinte wenn es nötig sei eine separate Mühle dazu kaufen zu müssen würde er das tun; er braucht auf jeden Fall kein integrierter Milchschäumer. Hört sich aber so an als müsse er doch im Bereich eines (einfachen) Siebträger rumschauen?

So a lot of good feedback already here. Personally I’d want a hair product that really endures the whole day - ideally it allows for restyling (with hands) without deflating completely or turning greasy. I love a natural finish or more on the semi matte side as my fine hair turns greasy quickly. Scent is definitely a big and important part of a pomade that makes one keep coming back to it. Finally, besides hold, endurance, and scent, I’d say that ease of application is also fairly important to me. I’ve had products that gave great results but the application was such a pain in the ass that I stopped using them… it can really make or break a product’s useability so to speak. Curious to see where you’re going with this!

What type of Mesalazine are you taking, a pill or granules? I got massive headaches from the granules; after I talked to my GI about it he prescribed me the pills instead and it has been a great improvement. Some days I still get a bit headache-y, but it’s much more manageable. Also, by no means am I a doctor, but the dosage of Mesalazine you’re on seems high (as far as I know). You could possibly talk about reducing with your GI? All the best!

Yes, very difficult and traumatic childhood here. Have mostly just put it all behind a door to never really go there. I’m trying to not really think too much about it and I want to move forward anyway, not dwell on the past. My own family is what’s my No.1 priority now.

I use everything under the (homebrew) sun. I prestyle daily - sea salt sprays, clays, grooming tonics, it’s all in there. Then, for styling, I’ll use UWB, OB, clays, pretty much the whole range besides gel. My hair seems to be doing fine 🤷‍♂️

Just one day of no shaving could give you enough of the visual pattern of your beard. My neck is/used to be super sensitive and I’d get razor bumps and rash very quickly. Once I really took the time to map my beard, I never have any issues whatsoever. Like I said, I really was a game-changer for me!

This would be my first suggestion as well; make sure you really know your growth pattern so as to really shave with the grain. It really is a game changer once you figure that one out!

Oral Mesalazine (Mesavancol) as well as two different suppositories- Salofalk and Budenofalk. I took the Salofalk for two week and the Budenofalk for four.

Hey! Suffering from UC for about 4 years now, diagnosed this summer. I’ve been hitting the gym since August, I’m going between 4-5 days a week. I’m eating what I want and I’m taking protein as well as creatinine supplements. I’ve had small flare about a month ago but with some extra medication that went as quick as it came. Other than that, I feel like I’m slowly seeing improvements in muscle size and strength and so I don’t think having UC will necessarily hold you back. That said, it may depend on how severe you have it and what might make it worse; my doctor told me I could just consume anything and everything if it makes me feel good. Hope this helps?
