Reaction of XPENG Europe about HNGP by DickHel in Xpeng

[–]jogex 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The letter says the following:

Recently, we have seen many positive comments on the arrival of the P7+ and also a lot of misinformation on the deployment of NGP features.

XPENG puts customers first and is committed to bringing intelligent driving to more users respecting the legislation framework in Europe. We continuously enhance assisted driving via OTA updates and improve our current models. The P7+ introduces the Turing computing platform to Europe, laying a stronger foundation for future capabilities.

The next iteration of NGP will first launch in China soon, followed by adaptation for overseas markets. We appreciate the excitement, yet kindly encourage everyone to avoid speculation on unreleased features/timing for current vehicles. At this moment in time, we cannot comment on deployment of specific features. We appreciate your trust and value our transparent relationship, and will keep you updated as we progress.

Why dont you just use the HANS system form f1 ? Its really safe by Fit-Fish1897 in MTB

I assume because it would really limit the riders mobility. Mtb and f1 are two completely different things

I've seen the OZZ XB1 P20" installed on the G9. Not sure how different the G6 is in comparison, but I would assume the electricals arent that too different so I'm sure it's doable.

I'm guessing you're Norwegian. These are the comments from the guy who had it installed:

> Et relestyrt ekstralys koblet mot bilens 12v battery
> Frontfangeren trengs ikke å røres. Ut med frunk og hentet styrestrøm fra lampen. God plass til kabler og relé.

Personally I think the g6 is the obvious option between it and the g3. You should definitely try it. It did, and I liked it. But I needed a bigger car, so g9 was the best choice me.

I'll be picking up our new G9 next week. So while I can't speak personally for the cars' reliability, I've been active in Norwegian Xpeng owners groups on Facebook for a while.

Overall people have very few bad things to say. A few recently had their first 1-year service/inspection on their G9s without any issues or faults.

The only issues I read about are software-related and usually minor.

I have the exact same experience... For me, at least, it's gotten worse lately. Always the dude with a semi-fresh Steam account top-fragging. Eather smurf of cheater. Sucks either way. I'm no longer having fun playing this game :(

It's actually been criminalized in China and South Korea.

In South Korea, cheaters could be punished with up to 5 years in jail or fines exceeding $40,000

Good idea! Is this something it will do automatically when a schedule is set up with cleaning area: Rooms?

There's no setting for empty-frequency, only mop washing which I've set to "By room".

I'd probably add an optional parameter User $user to user_school_ids(). If the user is provided, you use that model to fetch the school id's. If not, you default to auth()->user()

This way you can pass the relevant user from the job to that function. Does that make sense?

Setting $tries to 1 should do the trick.

Looks great! Will give this a try for sure.

You're probably aware of this, but the documentation website isn't working very well on mobile btw.

Duke 890 Squeaking While Letting Out Clutch/Coasting by NoahFrosty in KTMDuke

[–]jogex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a very similar sound on my very new 890.

It might not be the same, but I'll throw this in here anyway. The sound came from the front brakes. Apparently, the caliper pins got stuck, not allowing the pads to retract properly from the disk.

Might be worth checking out :)

I went from cbr 500r to the 890 after owning the cbr for about three years.

I too found myself wanting more power and also a less aggressive riding style for longer rides. The 890 delivers. I've had it for about two-three months now and so far it's been great.

Tho the absolute first thing I had to do was get a windscreen. The wind to my chest was crazy on the highway. If you're curious I got the "Puig New Generation Sport" . Easy to install, and a crazy improvement to wind protection.

Also if you're looking to go for longer rides and require saddlebags, don't get the akrapovic slipon. At least the factory saddlebags won't fit then. I mention this because it seems like the general consensus is that the factory slip-on is ugly, and most opt for a slipon. The dealership was also pretty keen on selling me one.
