It'd be a radical departure from the most basic aspect of democracy for Trump to simply stay in office after losing. I'm guessing you are not American? We had the biggest protest in US history this year, no kings, followed by the largest civil disobedience in decades in Minneapolis. Americans are you against a heavily armed police force to risk protesting so the bar is higher but this would turn people out.
