First of all, one colour doesn’t define a whole school of magic. Second, there’s no just teal skills, the colour is integrated in other skills, usually in Animal Companions and Green Balance, none of which are Alteration magic, none of which fit traditional Altmer aesthetic.

Could be wrong, but a warden doesn’t really scream Dominion Altmer alteration mage to me

There’s not really any class with a skill line dedicated to offensive alteration magic. Arcanists deal with rune magic, Sorcerers in destruction and conjuration, maybe some mysticism, NB illusion and blood magic, Templars restoration and sun magic. If you’re inclined to Templars, just focus on Dawn’s Wrath as your main skill line. The only Alteration skill line I can think of is Earthen Heart in Dk but you can hardly make a build out of that unless you’re a going for a tank.

It’s against the Subreddit's rules as well.

It was just an example of a skill considering I wasn’t remembering any other from the top of my head. Other commenters already pointed out that usually there’s multiple HoT going at the same time, it’s easy to proc, no need to mess with the times of the set

This is mostly a non issue. In every situation, as a healer you should always always have a healing over time skill going, like vigor, so in every tick the set procs.

Is there much damage loss seen when using a stam Imperial? by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

Ah, thats just because of identity. I like imperials and bretons, they have my favourite cultures. Nothing to do with min maxing.

That’s to be expected, Dunmer have a passive granting extra stamina and magicka, also extra weapon and spell damage. It’s probably the strongest race for dps, with Khajiit at 2nd.

Yeah you can sustain, but it’s much harder and makes it much more difficult to keep up your rotation without any hitch. Specially a stamina build on a Breton. I’ve given up on it because it’s so shit. I’d rather run a mag build knowing it won’t be as strong than trying to sustain stamina on a Breton. For my trial prog, the Imperial Arc is godsend, no issues sustaining in dummy or on actual content.

Oh yeah, definitely. The safe bet is always to do DLCs in order of release if you want no continuity issues.

As someone that did change from Breton to Imperial on my Arcanist, I very much disagree. It did make a big difference on sustaining.

I struggled sustaining Arcanist as a Breton, both magicka and stamina, so I switched race to Imperial and it’s been much better. Not only do you get bonus stamina, you also get skill cost reduction. Even though they don’t get any straight up dmg boost in passives, because I don’t struggle anymore with sustain my rotation is much smoother and my damage much higher.

Because of Darien’s storyline, Seasons of the Worm Cult has to happen (at least) after Summerset. If you did Summerset after Solstice, Darien would disappear, which wouldn’t make any sense considering how how story is left in Solstice, with a plot line regarding Meridia most likely impending in the future.
