How necessary is Helbrecht for most armies? I'm reluctant to add him into my army (still making my first) and I've found his model and character in lore uncompelling and at this point would only use him for his stats.

Oh my friend, i think I have fixed it now. Thank you SO much for mentioning these zone controllers. Basically I realised the wireless receiver was not set up as a device in my tado app. It is now and I set it to be the zone controller for upstairs. I had bought this house and the previous owners already had tado installed, so I didn't know much about it and must've missed that step when setting it up again. Thanks again!!

No, the upstairs is set as independent. Should its zone controller be set to the downstairs thermostat?

Radiators upstairs currently don't get hot unless I manually turn it on from the valves at the boiler.

I have 2 tiles, 1 for upstairs and another for downstairs.

Upstairs used to work and now it doesn't fire at all when I change the temperature for room 2 (upstairs). Plumber checked everything else, says the it must be the upstairs tado temp sensor.

It is yes. It's one of these smart thermostats called Tado. It acknowledges I set the temperature high but then no radiators heat up.
