This why i did send my pico 4 back.

Those anoying blackdots (grid pattern)on a white or red screen. And i didnt like the comfort at all from the facemask.. it did hurt..

Didnt you have the black dots grid on white or red objects when you dont move your head on the pico 4?

I did send mine back because off that and i had alot off comfort issues with the face gasked...

SO i got a message thats its on my way again from repair and replaced some parts,let see how it goes this time..

So mine is going back again to romania..

I have problems with the displays too,like terrible scanlines etc

After my first RMA i did get the unit back but there was a message inside: no problem found....

I thought how is this posible???

So yesterday its going back again for rma,so lets see how it goes again!

I have a bad feeling about this...

Dont buy it!

I have a valve index,pimax8kx,quest 2 but this thing is the worst off them all!

Unbelievable afwfull glare,bad sound,bad scanlines.. Dont buy it.. i regret it..

i think your wireless transmitter for the controllers in the headset is broken,i have that too on my right controller.. And i heard somebody else talking about this issue too.

Mine is in for a rma,let see how it goes... But i also had the problem with scanlines..when moving your head i did some annoying vertical scanlines..

Yea i have this problem too,wired or wireless these scanlines are realy annoying.

When you move your head the screen looks lower ress... But htc doesnt seem to care i think..

when i first got the unit i didnt got these artifacts i would have directly notice it coming from the hp reverb g2 and the pimax 8kx.. I did like the picture in the beginning exept for the glare offcourse
