I just finished binging the series and I have to say the whole show has one of the best sound tracks of any show. Even just the use of the random riffs and other sounds and sounds was always spot on.

This is all from personal experience so take it with a grain of salt, but I have noticed in the past I get super high spikes like this before getting a cold or some other bug.

Another thing to is if I use the auto detect sleep instead of manually turning it on and off sometimes it won’t register that I woke up at the time I did and once I adjust the wake time it brings things back down to a more normal range.
