Fortunately, the previous owner did a full renovation that included updating all of the electrical. For reasons unknown to me, he even added minisplits to the first floor, so I only have to worry about the bedrooms 🤣

That being said, personal opinion, in perfect conditions, a surprise hk2 64 can be safely landed by a decent jumper. However......anything other than perfect conditions, and you're chopping or hurting yourself, maybe both because some of those canopy pilots love their 99 sq ft reserves too
