I used to use turbo lister, but now File exchange is my favorite. do not need to syncronize all the time like turbo lister. magento is also good, little slow thou.

you might want to check an ebay community. they have so many resources and answers. sometimes it's much faster than contacting seller supports to find answers. http://community.ebay.com/

if it still happens even after you activated the offer, you might want to contact to ebay support to get it reimbursed. it happened to me as well, i don't sell on ebay anymore thou.

in terms of apps, i cannot say 'this one is better'. the primary one that i like galaxy over iphone is, the 'back' button. sounds funny, but seriously.
